How to sign up?

Signing up for Boss Rewards is as easy as creating an account! Simply click on the rewards icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to sign up or login.

Click the appropriate link, and you will be taken to the corresponding page on our site. Simply enter your account information or provide your login details to begin collecting rewards! 

Once logged in, you will be able to view your current points total by clicking the rewards icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The rewards dialog will now allow you to view your current points total, available rewards, and ways to earn points.

How to earn points?

Earning points is a snap! We currently offer three ways of earning points, visiting the site (points earned once per week), adding your birthday and making purchases (10 points per $1 spent). Be sure to log into your account and you're good to go!

How to redeem points?

To redeem your points, click the rewards icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen, and then click the redeem link. From here, you can choose the coupon code you'd like to use at the check out. Just copy the code and paste it into the coupon field on the check out page.

Current Rewards

Miss Boss currently has three rewards available:

  • 2500pts = $5 off your order
  • 4500pts = $10 off your order
  • 6000pts = $20 off your order
  • 7000pts = $30 off your order

Rewards Refunds

When an online order is fully refunded, we automatically give the customer back points for any rewards they used with the order (this does not apply to Shopify gift cards). Refunding an order in full voids the used reward voucher and returns the points to the customer's account.  

If an order is partially refunded, the points the customer spent on the voucher will not be returned to their account. Please bear in mind that this applies across all orders no matter the value of the refund - if the customer spent $100 and $99.99 was refunded to the account, this is still recognized as a partial refund and the points for the customer's voucher will not be refunded.
