Happy Long Weekend Everyone!!

Can you believe that it is already July!?!? I’m keeping my fingers crossed for some good weather, because I think we are all more than ready to FINALLY soak up some summer heat!! Plus nice weather just makes those outdoor festivities for Canada Day that much more fun! Now I don’t know about all of you, but long weekends always call for some shopping in my opinion, so what better way to kick off this weekend than with some amazing new goodies from Z Supply.  

Z Supply has been a favourite among our customers at Miss Boss, because not only are their items on trend, comfy, and easy to incorporate into your everyday wardrobe, BUT the price point is really good as well. The first outfit we featured on our Insta stories this week was the “Weekender Sweater”-$55 paired with my absolute favourite “Marled Jogger”-$65. If you have not had the chance to try on these joggers then you absolutely need to, because they are SOOO soft and comfy, and I basically live in them 24/7 when I’m at home. The “Marled Joggers” are also great to wear out and about for that perfect athleisure look, just add a pair of sneakers and the “Weekender” sweater to complete the look. 

Next up is the “Canyon Stripe Peasant Top”-$65 which is perfect for all you stripe lovers out there, and it comes in two different colours (chilli and rosin) which is always a major bonus. It seems like I’m repeating myself week after week, but if you haven’t noticed, stripes are super in right now and are a great way to add something extra to a neutral outfit. One thing to keep in mind is that this top is what Z Supply calls their signature burnout jersey knit fabric, which is made to age, and with that you will notice subtle colour imperfections, as well as, a softer and more broken-in feel over time! I always like to mention this, in case you are not a fan of that worn in/ well-loved look! 

I’m just going to throw this out there…these next items are going to go FAST!!! Another huge trend right now is animal print, and we all LOVE it! I don’t know if you all remember when we got animal print scarves in from Jackson Rowe this winter, but we just could not keep them in stock. There is something that is just so fun about incorporating this pattern into your wardrobe and no one wants to miss out on it. The next three items are all Leopard print, are incredible soft, and they can be worn together or worn as separates! 

For our try-ons we paired the “Leopard Jogger” which retails for $78 with the cropped “Leopard Pullover”-$75. I am so obsessed with this outfit, I honestly cannot get enough of it! Like how cute is this!?!?! If you aren’t into joggers, the matching “Leopard Shorts” are also a must have and retail for just $55!! If you are as leopard crazy as I am, maybe…just maybe, you will need all 3! 

Ok, if we didn’t just have enough cuteness overload, how about the “Overalls”-$95 that Sabrina styled with the “Micro Rib Long Sleeve crew”-$55. This outfit is probably going home with her, because let’s be real, when you look this cute how could you not?! It seems like this new shipment from Z Supply has hit the jackpot with being on point with all the current trends, from stripes, to animal print, to overalls and I am not sad about it….well maybe my bank account is a little sad, but that’s beside the point lol! 

In the summer I am always a huge fan of everything chambray material, whether that’s a dress, a jumpsuit, or a top because you get that denim(ish) look but in a breathable soft fabric, however we just received something a little different that I am totally in to! The “Jersey Denim Knit Ruffle Dress” looks even more like denim, but feels like you are wearing a dress made out of sweatpants!!! Does it get any better than that…I think not! This dress is available in the colour indigo and retails for $79.

Ok, so it wouldn’t be a Z Supply order if we didn’t receive a ton of basic tees! These tees are great on their own, but also great for layering. Z Supply is definitely known for their basics, and to be honest you can never really have too many. With every season comes new colours, and most recently we received two different v- neck styles each with four different colour ways! 

The “Tri-Blend Pocket Tee” is my personal favourite, because I just love how the fabric looks a little worn out, giving it a unique finish on the material. This tee retails for $40 and is available in auburn, taupe, grey, and white! The other style we received is called “The Cotton Slub Pocket Tee”-$44, which is also a great everyday basic and is available in white, black, warm wood, and rosin.
