Gentle Fawn
Ok you guys, I know this is not the first time I have said this, and it certainly won't be the last, but my love for Gentle Fawn is NEXT level! Not to mention, they absolutely killed it with their Fall Collection!! This Canadian brand finds inspiration through nature and the urban city lifestyle of the West Coast making it the perfect addition to your everyday wardrobe.
Since we received a massive shipment of so many fabulous new arrivals, we figured it would be best to do a try-on with some of our favourites. All of the items can be found pictured below to give you a better idea of how the clothes fit and drape on a body, as opposed to a hanger! First up is the “Chapman Coat”! This duster-like coat comes in Navy and Grey and retails for $180. Both colours look great paired with the “Irene Blouse”- $86. This fun and flirty top is offered in a floral pattern or stripes and can be paired with your favourite pair of denim for a weekend look, or with dress pants/a skirt and a blazer for a more professional vibe. This top has so much detail, including side slits with dainty ties, button-down back, and a slight peplum silhouette which is just one more reason why I can’t get enough of this brand!
Word on the street is that the boyfriend-like “Murphy Coat” is Gentle Fawn’s best selling coat, and luckily for all of you, it’s back!!! This Camel stunner will have you strutting your way through fall, and even into those warmer winter days. Do yourself a favour and at least try this one on, you will be blown away by how comfortable it is, and it retails for just $148. AND, we didn’t forget those shoppers who like to purchase an entire look, so we have paired it with the “Aquila” lightweight short sleeve blouse with crisscross detail at the shoulder for an additional $99.
“Kirin Fractal Print Kimono” If you have not jumped on the Kimono bandwagon yet, then let me be the first to say…" welcome to the club”! This is an item that I HIGHLY recommend having in your wardrobe for so many reasons. My personal favourite is that it's a one size fits all... SOOOO it obviously always fits... major bonus if you ask me! But all jokes aside, a Kimono is so versatile! Wear it as a cape, use it as a blanket in your office or on a plane, wrap it around your neck and wear it as a scarf, the possibilities are endless. For just $60 you are going to find yourself carrying this item around with you all winter long.
The “Pauline Sweater” is the perfect sweater for someone who loves to be comfy and cozy, but still look stylish! The cropped v-neck sweater also features a cinch tie at the side and bell sleeves. It retails for $128 and is available in-store and online in Grey, Pink, and Brown.

Let me just start by saying that I am obsessed with this body line and cannot go a day without using their body wash or body lotion. The packaging is clean and posh, the company is based in Toronto, and all their products are made in-house. The scents are SOOO FRESH, but most importantly the products are ALL NATURAL! This is huge! In today's day and age, it's almost impossible to find all natural deodorants (that actually work), body lotions, butters, scrubs and washes that all work and smell heavenly.
In the Spring of 2018, Love Fresh launched a Home and Cottage Cleaning line, and let me tell you, I now get excited to clean! We carry the full collection which includes an "All Purpose Cleaner", "Marble & Granite Cleaner", and "Glass + Mirror + Stainless Steel Cleaner". The 3 scents from this line are Eucalyptus Mint, Lavender Tea Tree, and Grapefruit Lime!
And now for the best part, Love Fresh has started selling the body washes in bulk. What this means is now you can bring in your used plastic Love Fresh body wash bottle, and we can refill it for you! You can feel so good about reusing plastic and getting a significant discount while doing it. Regular "body wash" bottles retail for $22, but you can bring in your empty bottle and we'll refill it for only $16! The scents that we are offering the wash in are Lemon Verbena, Grapefruit, and Pear.

This fall we wanted to bring in some core classic styles like the "Farrow” high rise in a rich black, no rips, no raw hem just a clean, classic black high rise denim. This is available in-store only and retails for $228. Next, we wanted to offer some colour so the "Margaux” in deep merlot is a perfect wash for fall fashion!
Who doesn’t love a good boyfriend jean – the "Stevie" is so incredibly comfortable and perfect to pair with your favourite sweatshirt and sneakers.
